What You'll Do
Take end-to-end responsibility for a digital product ecosystem centered on e-commerce and mobile. Define the long-term vision, set strategic priorities, and build the roadmap for both the online store and a new mobile application. Guide the product from concept through launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring each phase delivers measurable value.
Lead a collaborative team of product, technology, design, and data professionals. Foster alignment across disciplines to deliver cohesive digital experiences. Champion user-centered improvements by leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and A/B testing to refine performance and usability.
Own key e-commerce metrics including conversion, retention, and customer journey efficiency. Ensure seamless integration across web and mobile platforms, supporting scalable growth in multiple regions. Translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives with clear impact.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing an e-commerce platform from start to finish, with direct ownership of product outcomes.
- Deep understanding of online retail mechanics—checkout flows, payment systems, promotional logic, logistics integrations, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience leading product teams and working closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and data analysts.
- Skilled at using data to guide decisions and prioritise work based on business impact.
- Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and a sense of accountability.
- Must be located in, or open to working from, London or Prague. Hybrid working model with flexibility for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in managing mobile applications or other complex digital products is a strong advantage.
