What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of feature development for a core component of a leading mobile game, guiding initiatives from concept through launch. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery that meets both product goals and player expectations.
Coordinate all production activities within your team, setting clear priorities and maintaining structured workflows. Proactively manage dependencies across groups, fostering alignment and accountability to keep progress on track.
Identify potential risks early and resolve obstacles before they impact timelines. Champion consistent planning practices, including roadmap clarity, milestone tracking, and effective prioritization frameworks.
Enforce production standards across tools and processes—such as task management, documentation, and acceptance criteria—ensuring clarity and efficiency. Establish reliable communication practices to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Support Agile/Scrum methodologies by maintaining healthy backlogs, facilitating effective ceremonies, and improving team productivity. Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic challenges and implementing scalable solutions that reduce rework and operational friction.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in game production, preferably within mobile free-to-play live operations
- Proven project management skills in planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and execution oversight
- Ability to work independently and drive progress without constant supervision
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex interdependencies
- Familiarity with Agile development life cycles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail in processes, tools, and delivery quality
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and stakeholder alignment
- Problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on root-cause resolution and risk anticipation
- Capacity to deliver consistently in fast-moving, uncertain environments
