What You'll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of AI and machine learning initiatives, from initial concept to production deployment, within global Telecom and Fintech environments. Define clear project roadmaps, success metrics, and deliverables that align with core business objectives such as reducing customer churn, preventing fraud, and increasing revenue.
Guide and develop cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and designers, ensuring seamless execution and technical excellence. Partner directly with C-suite executives and business leaders to secure alignment, drive adoption, and demonstrate measurable return on investment.
Enforce compliance with data governance, security standards, and industry regulations. Stay ahead of evolving AI/ML trends and continuously recommend improvements to both technical processes and solution architectures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in project or product management, with at least 5 years focused on delivering AI/ML solutions
- Deep technical understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and MLOps practices
- Proven experience in Telco or Fintech domains, particularly in fraud detection, risk modeling, digital banking, or telecom analytics
- Proficiency in Agile and project management methodologies
- Track record managing multi-country initiatives and engaging C-level stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical AI/ML teams
- Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex technical details into clear business value
- Fluency in English required
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of French is advantageous
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI
