Trucker Path Inc. seeks a Technical Partnerships & Integrations Lead to own the full lifecycle of strategic integrations. You will be responsible for identifying high-value partners, structuring win-win commercial agreements, and leading the technical execution to deliver integrations that produce measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Build and close a pipeline of integration partners by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing based on clear ROI.
- Run partner discovery to understand workflows, constraints, decision processes, and success metrics.
- Drive outbound and inbound partner engagement with clear narratives and deal hypotheses.
- Lead deal shaping and negotiation, owning scope, value exchange, ownership models, timelines, and launch criteria.
- Align partner commitments for launch and ongoing growth, including co-marketing, enablement, distribution, and joint targets.
- Ensure commercial terms match delivery reality, covering support expectations, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Drive technical execution by translating partner needs into clear integration requirements and technical specifications.
- Define the integration approach for authentication, data mapping, sync patterns, error handling, monitoring, and rollout.
- Validate and de-risk early using lightweight technical work like API exploration and basic scripting for payload validation.
- Own cross-functional delivery and launch, coordinating Engineering, Product, Ops, Customer Success, and Sales enablement.
- Run a weekly execution cadence, track risks and dependencies, and unblock decisions quickly.
- Create launch readiness artifacts such as test plans, support playbooks, incident processes, rollout plans, and training notes.
- Operate and grow integrations post-launch by owning KPIs and an operating rhythm of weekly health checks, monthly reviews, and QBRs.
- Drive adoption improvements and identify expansion opportunities with partners.
- Maintain quality through bug triage and stability improvements.
- Use AI as a core workflow to accelerate partner research, account mapping, outreach drafts, spec writing, test plans, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain a clean single source of truth for each integration covering scope, status, owners, risks, and metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in technical partnerships, business development, integrations, platform product management, or technical program management.
- Proven ability to source partners, negotiate terms, and ship integrations.
- Technical fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/API keys, data mapping, idempotency, retries, monitoring, and incident response.
- Comfortable doing basic coding or scripting to validate assumptions and unblock execution.
- Strong written communication and structured execution across multiple stakeholders.
