Shape the technical journey of our customers as a Senior Solutions Engineer. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales to guide prospects from initial discovery through onboarding and long-term success. Your role is to clarify technical requirements, address integration questions, and demonstrate how our solutions align with real-world use cases.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical discussions during pre-sales, translating customer needs into product value
- Design and present customized product demonstrations based on specific business scenarios
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot integration issues
- Onboard new customers with structured sessions to ensure smooth implementation
- Develop clear technical documentation, integration examples, and internal playbooks
- Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Turn customer feedback into actionable input for product and go-to-market teams
- Stay current with evolving product features, AI components, and cloud environments
What We’re Looking For
You have at least four years in a technical customer-facing role and a solid grasp of web technologies. Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript is essential. You’re comfortable discussing API architecture, debugging with DevTools or Postman, and explaining how AI models function in practice. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP helps you understand customer environments and deployment needs.
You communicate clearly with both developers and decision-makers, turning technical details into meaningful business outcomes. You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer engagements at once. Strong English skills (C1 or higher) are required.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with content management systems or rich text editing tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- A public portfolio of projects, such as on GitHub
- Prior work creating technical guides or maintaining knowledge bases
Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly compensation ranges from 18,000 to 25,000 PLN plus VAT under a B2B contract. Additional financial bonuses are tied to company performance. You’ll receive 26 days of paid vacation, paid parental leave, and extra time off for personal milestones like your birthday and company events.
