Your work will directly shape hiring outcomes by building reliable pipelines through strategic sourcing and deep understanding of technical roles.
What You’ll Do
- Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to proactively identify engineering candidates with in-demand skills.
- Develop and maintain structured, up-to-date pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with recruiters to clarify role specifics and adjust sourcing approaches for better accuracy.
- Reach out to potential candidates with tailored messaging and assess their technical background and English proficiency.
- Monitor key sourcing metrics and refine search methods to improve efficiency over time.
- Keep pace with evolving technology trends and talent distribution across the region.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, particularly in tech-focused roles.
- Proficiency in Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages and technical domains such as JavaScript, Python, AI/ML, or blockchain.
- Ability to evaluate technical resumes and spot relevant qualifications quickly.
- Fluent written and spoken English (C2 level or equivalent).
- Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience working remotely in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience sourcing for U.S. or international SaaS companies.
- Exposure to technical communities like GitHub or Stack Overflow beyond basic usage.
- Background in recruitment agencies or RPO settings.
