Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the systems that power revenue generation. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency by improving data accuracy, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless technology performance across sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain databases and systems critical to revenue operations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Design and deploy process automations using SQL, Google Apps Script, Advanced Excel, and no-code platforms to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams by diagnosing and resolving system issues promptly.
- Conduct routine administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and documentation to support ongoing operations.
- Partner with teams across the organization to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in revenue operations technology and recommend tools or improvements that align with business goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of one year of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven ability with SQL, Google Apps Script, and Advanced Excel for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.
- Experience managing email deliverability and monitoring sender reputation.
- Hands-on experience integrating systems via APIs.
- Background working in remote environments with demonstrated self-direction.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving setting.
Technology Environment
