Lead the design and delivery of scalable cloud banking solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms. As a Principal Solution Architect, you will configure and extend systems using declarative automation, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance across client environments. Your expertise will guide solution decisions, balancing trade-offs and estimating effort through hands-on validation or proof of concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Design holistic solutions leveraging Salesforce and nCino tools, with strong attention to user experience, security, and system scalability
- Anticipate downstream challenges by applying in-depth knowledge of the nCino data model, automation capabilities, and platform constraints
- Resolve technical issues outside of standard development interface (PDI) and support robust integration patterns
- Advocate for best practices in API strategy, version control, deployment processes, and release management
- Specialize in a core integration area and apply understanding of common middleware and tools to streamline connectivity
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end configurations that meet business needs
- Integrate AI-powered tools to automate routine tasks, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency
- Use AI-generated insights to enhance decision-making, customer experience, and team output, ensuring measurable impact
- Stay current with advancements in AI and platform capabilities to foster continuous learning and innovation

Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s, or equivalent practical expertise. Salesforce Administrator certification is required within six months of hire, App Builder within twelve months, and one advanced architect certification within 24 months.
Must have hands-on experience with declarative automation, data modeling, SQL/SOQL/SOSL querying, data migration, and integration using common middleware. Familiarity with Agile or enterprise project lifecycles and tools is essential. Prior work with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, or core CRM objects is required.
Preferred Background
- Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, or SFX
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet or Jira
- Background in large financial institutions, especially with Loan Origination or Servicing Systems
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
