What You’ll Do
Take ownership of outbound initiatives using cold email, LinkedIn engagement, and community outreach to generate interest and expand reach. You’ll craft and refine campaigns that speak directly to target audiences, measuring impact and iterating quickly.
Develop and optimize content to improve organic search performance, ensuring the company ranks effectively on traditional and AI-driven platforms. You’ll test strategies to appear in AI-generated responses from tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, shaping how AI surfaces our brand.
Secure placements in relevant media, blogs, and industry platforms to build credibility and visibility. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and improve conversion through data-backed insights.
What We’re Looking For
You have 1–4 years of experience in growth, lead generation, or as a hands-on operator in a startup environment. You’ve run cold outreach at scale and managed SEO campaigns that moved the needle. Familiarity with Python and SQL helps you analyze data and automate repetitive tasks.
You’re comfortable using AI tools experimentally—pushing boundaries to see how content gets discovered in AI-generated answers. You’ve worked with platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or SEMrush and know how to extract actionable insights.
Most importantly, you’re a self-starter who thrives without a playbook. You test, learn, and build systems from the ground up. Initiative and adaptability matter more than titles.
