Join a growing commercial organization as a Senior Go-to-Market Operations Specialist, where you'll play a central role in shaping and refining the processes that power revenue growth. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to ensure strategies are executed efficiently and backed by reliable data.
Key Responsibilities
Drive improvements in go-to-market operations by refining workflows across sales, partnerships, and customer success. You'll manage CRM integrity, support forecasting accuracy, and develop reporting that delivers clear insights into performance trends. Lead efforts to automate manual processes, especially in partner quoting and renewals, and help build self-service capabilities that scale.
Design and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and other analytics platforms to track KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, churn, and customer lifetime value. Ensure seamless integration between systems including Marketo, Tableau, and Snowflake to keep data consistent and actionable. You'll also support tool adoption across sales teams, optimizing platforms like Outreach and Gong to improve outreach efficiency and performance tracking.
Act as a bridge between departments, aligning teams around shared goals and coordinated execution. You'll document best practices, identify automation opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or revenue operations with a focus on process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with GTM technology stacks, particularly Salesforce, Marketo, and data visualization tools
