You will be a key technical leader on a growing small team at The Restory, playing a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and development of a SaaS platform beyond its MVP stage. You'll lead technical design, develop features, mentor junior developers, and help establish engineering best practices as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Be a valued voice on the small team and influence the future direction of the technical platform
- Be pivotal in the technical design & architecture of the SAAS platform
- Own the development of the tech stack
- Develop features & functionality as the company moves beyond MVP
- Champion best practices across the codebase
- Identify & resolve performance issues and bugs
- Help shape development processes as the team scales
- Help build an open, collaborative team culture
- Coach and support new (sometimes junior) developers
- Build the front end of applications through appealing visual and mobile responsive design
