About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end customer journey for Cradle’s largest accounts, from onboarding through long-term platform integration and expansion. Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in global biopharma and biotech organizations, focusing on strategic alignment and sustained value delivery.

Define and monitor portfolio-wide success indicators and return on investment, delivering regular progress updates to executive stakeholders. Establish and facilitate steering committees to maintain alignment across internal and external teams, ensuring Cradle’s solutions deliver tangible outcomes.

Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities across new therapeutic areas and business units. Work closely with Scientific Advisors to ensure timely project launch, appropriate resource allocation, and smooth execution within licensed project capacity.

Orchestrate complex, multi-workstream engagements, aligning Science, Product, and Machine Learning teams around shared goals. Serve as the central point of contact for escalations and coordination in enterprise accounts, maintaining operational efficiency while advocating for customer needs.

Collect and channel customer feedback to influence product development and service enhancements. Partner with Product and ML Research teams to align customer priorities with roadmap planning. Develop and deliver training programs that empower scientists to fully leverage the Cradle platform.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of biopharmaceutical R&D processes, with the ability to engage effectively with both computational and experimental scientists as well as executive stakeholders.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as program management, consulting, or customer success, preferably within the life sciences sector.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, and executive presence.
  • Comfort presenting scientific and strategic insights to diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
  • MSc or higher in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations, with approximately 20% of time spent on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in managing enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Familiarity with service commercial terms, including statements of work, budgeting, resourcing, and change management.
  • Experience applying machine learning in life sciences or biotech environments.

Work Mode

This role is part of a distributed team with a hybrid structure, primarily based in Zurich and Amsterdam. Regular travel to customer sites is expected, accounting for about 20% of your time.
