Lead the execution of mission-critical cooling projects from planning through handover, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance across all phases. As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for delivering integrated thermal systems in data center environments, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, maintaining strict adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure design intent is met in the field.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and financial controls, with full accountability for project outcomes.
- Conduct site audits and inspections to verify compliance with technical standards, local regulations, and internal processes.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ensure commissioning readiness and oversee integrated system testing, including redundancy configurations and control system integration.
- Support regional deployment with up to 25% travel, responding to project needs across locations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in mission-critical infrastructure or data center environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex technical projects involving HVAC, hydronic systems, electrical distribution, and controls.
- Experience with commissioning processes, including Level 3–5 testing and integrated system validation.
- Strong technical fluency in MEP systems and OEM equipment deployment, particularly in hyperscale facilities.
- Proficiency with MSOffice tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for project and executive reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
