EX Squared is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with our enterprise customers. You will be the primary technical point of contact, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our platform and driving long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor and advocate for your portfolio of enterprise clients
- Conduct regular technical check-ins to review platform usage, adoption, and health metrics
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and adoption blockers
- Translate complex customer needs and feedback into actionable product requirements
- Develop and deliver technical enablement sessions and best practice guidance
- Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Monitor customer health indicators and lead renewal and expansion discussions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management)
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience analyzing product usage data to derive insights and guide customer strategy
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
