About the Role

TensorOps is hiring an Account Executive for the Northeast Region to own the full sales cycle from demo to close. Your mission is to help small and medium-sized businesses provide retirement plans through our platform. This role requires you to be based in the Eastern time zone.

What You'll Do

  • Work full-cycle deals from demo completion to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Comfort with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Must be located in the Eastern time zone.

  • Base salary of $77,500.
