About the Role

TensorOps is hiring an Account Executive, Gulf Coast Region to drive growth by selling retirement plans to small and medium-sized businesses. This full-cycle sales role requires fluency in Spanish and English and residence in the Eastern Time Zone.

What You'll Do

  • Work full-cycle deals from demo completion to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate the TensorOps platform to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Successfully utilize all provided sales tech tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Must be located in the Eastern time zone.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located within the Eastern Time Zone in the USA.
