Go Nimbly is hiring a Technical Architect responsible for delivering best-in-class architecture and solutions for SaaS companies, with a focus on RevOps. In this remote role, you will design scalable systems, lead technical strategy, and mentor the consulting team to drive impactful technology roadmaps.
What You'll Do
- Work with RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps.
- Act as a subject matter expert on solutioning, leading decisions on scalability, trade-offs, best practices, and technology trends.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools.
- Design and ensure quality of complex solutions involving integration and high user/data impact, particularly in CPQ and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Lead architectural strategy for CPQ optimization and implementation, including product/pricing configurations, approval workflows, contract generation, and billing integrations.
- Serve as a point of escalation for challenging architectural components requiring experienced input.
- Up-level architectural knowledge and skills of the broader consulting team, maintain design principles, and provide coaching and mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting or revenue operations space spent as an architect.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash workflows, including configuring product rules, pricing strategies, approvals, contract management, and billing integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, end-to-end RevOps systems that drive operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Technical interest, knowledge of SaaS companies, and excellent presentation skills.
- Serious organization and project management skills.
- High attention to quality and detail.
- Experience with APIs, custom development, and workflow automation.
