Shape the future of our Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Developer based in India. In this role, you'll lead technical design and integration efforts across enterprise systems, ensuring long-term scalability and reliability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural discussions and define technical specifications for multi-system integrations, clearly communicating design decisions and dependencies.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, balancing speed and robustness while guiding teams through technical challenges.
- Write clean, efficient code on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools, with a focus on maintainability.
- Diagnose and resolve cross-system issues, ensuring stability and performance across interconnected platforms like NetSuite and MuleSoft.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into development workflows to accelerate coding, improve testing, and automate documentation.
- Proactively enhance system reliability by building automation, documenting processes, and enforcing data integrity standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation features such as Flows and Validation Rules.
- Experience designing scalable integration architectures and debugging complex system behaviors.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Inspector, Developer Console, Postman, and SQL or SOQL for data analysis and testing.
- Understanding of Salesforce release cycles and regression testing practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, asynchronous team setting.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficiency in data import processes and reporting within Salesforce.
