Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners. In this remote US role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, optimization, and long-term value of complex networking services.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical advocate for a select group of enterprise customers under premium support offerings.
- Guide clients through complex deployments, performance optimization, and architectural evolution.
- Deliver technical health checks, roadmap sessions, and executive business reviews.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including product, support, sales, and engineering.
- Monitor account health, identify growth and retention opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize customer success.
- Enable System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers, and aligned MSPs by developing enablement plans and partner-facing technical content.
- Support co-selling opportunities and provide guidance on network design, integration strategies, and multicloud architectures.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partner engagement and service delivery.
- Contribute to the evolution of the technical account management and premium support delivery models globally.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Pre/Post Sales Engineer.
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, and related infrastructure services.
- Experience working with System Integrators, VARs, vendors, or indirect partner ecosystems.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills, able to engage audiences from executive briefings to technical deep dives.
- Proven ability to design or deploy cloud and virtualization networking solutions in enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 architectures, carrier networks, and interconnection strategies.
- Strong project coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Level 1–3 support desk processes and managed service environments.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and API integrations is a plus.
