Boulevard is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage post-onboarding customer relationships and ensure clients achieve measurable success with our platform. As a TAM, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate, helping optimize platform usage, troubleshoot complex challenges, and align technical strategies with business goals. You'll collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Support teams to drive customer retention, product adoption, and expansion opportunities. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at combining deep technical knowledge with exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills. What you'll do here: - Serve as primary technical point of contact for top accounts, ensuring seamless post-implementation customer experiences - Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify and recommend feature enhancements, integrations, and optimization opportunities - Act as primary liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams, providing technical guidance and managing escalations - Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver strategic recommendations and drive platform adoption - Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies - Advise customers on configuration, integration, API usage, and optimization best practices - Represent client needs internally to influence product roadmap and process improvements - Document recurring technical issues and propose systematic enhancements - Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to align on strategic goals and identify growth opportunities - Maintain accurate documentation across multiple operational platforms What you'll need to thrive: - Experience: 3–5 years in technical, customer-facing roles within SaaS organizations - Multitasking & Project Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail - Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integration troubleshooting - Customer Advocacy: Proven track record of improving adoption, satisfaction, and retention - Collaboration: Skilled at cross-functional partnership - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills adaptable to technical and executive audiences - Organization: Highly self-driven with ability to manage complex priorities - Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using metrics to inform strategy - Bonus: Experience in appointment-based or service-industry software How we'll take care of you: Total budgeted cash compensation ranges between $91,000 - $130,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, and market demands.
