3Pillar is hiring a Technical Account Manager to manage client relationships with a focus on product development. You will be the technical liaison for our clients, ensuring their product vision is successfully delivered.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Translate client business objectives into actionable product development plans
- Manage project scope, timelines, and technical deliverables
- Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and the delivery team
- Identify technical risks and opportunities to drive product success
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Delivery Lead)
- Strong understanding of software product development lifecycle and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships

This is a remote position for candidates located in Guatemala.
