3Pillar was looking for a Technical Account Manager

3Pillar is hiring a Technical Account Manager to manage client relationships with a focus on product development. You will be the technical liaison for our clients, ensuring their product vision is successfully delivered.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable product development plans
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and technical deliverables
  • Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and the delivery team
  • Identify technical risks and opportunities to drive product success

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Delivery Lead)
  • Strong understanding of software product development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships

Work Mode

This is a remote position for candidates located in Guatemala.
