Drive strategic growth through partnership by managing a portfolio of key partners and expanding their impact on revenue. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships, align internal teams, and execute go-to-market strategies that fuel mutual success. Your focus will be on enabling partners, driving referrals, and ensuring alignment across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse set of partners to meet pipeline goals through sourced and influenced opportunities
- Lead onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure partners can effectively represent and support the platform
- Develop joint initiatives with Marketing and Sales, including campaigns and referral programs
- Support deal progression by coordinating with sales teams and partner stakeholders
- Track performance metrics and contribute to business reviews to maintain transparency and accountability
- Share regular updates, resources, and best practices to keep partners engaged and informed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for partners and end customers
What You Bring
- Minimum of three years in SaaS partnerships, sales, or related roles with proven impact on pipeline generation
- Experience guiding partners through onboarding, training, and long-term engagement
- Solid understanding of sales cycles and the ability to support partner-influenced deals
- Strong communication skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and take ownership
- Familiarity with nonprofit technology or partner ecosystems is a plus
- Degree preferred, though equivalent experience is valued
