What You'll Do
Shape the foundation of recurring revenue growth by designing and implementing a unified approach to renewals and expansion across diverse SaaS businesses. You’ll establish clear standards for renewal timing, contract structuring, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring consistency and accountability.
Work hand-in-hand with commercial leaders and RevOps to embed proven processes into day-to-day operations. You’ll audit current practices, identify gaps in pricing and packaging, and guide teams to align with centralized commercial objectives. Your insights will help safeguard revenue yield and reduce churn risk.
Define the data and tooling needed to track customer health, monitor net revenue retention, and provide leadership with accurate forecasts. You’ll surface risks early—such as pricing erosion or contract exposure—and ensure headquarters maintains visibility into the performance of the entire recurring revenue base.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue functions, with at least 4 years in a leadership role such as Head of Renewals, VP Customer Success, or similar
- Proven ownership of Net Revenue Retention as a core metric
- Experience creating and scaling renewal and expansion playbooks in complex, multi-product or multi-segment environments
- Background in pricing and packaging strategy, including active participation in commercial model design
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple business units with varying go-to-market motions
- Familiarity with enterprise and SMB SaaS dynamics in European markets
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and customer data infrastructure necessary for accurate NRR forecasting
