What You'll Do
As the main liaison for a major healthcare customer, you will guide strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders. Your role centers on building trusted relationships with business, operational, and executive teams, gaining insight into their goals and decision-making structures to support program advancement.
You will map organizational influence networks, identifying key decision-makers, allies, and potential obstacles, while staying attuned to funding cycles, project timelines, and internal processes. By maintaining regular onsite presence in Minneapolis, Arizona, or Florida, you’ll strengthen partnerships and keep critical initiatives progressing.
Collaborating with Sales, Deployment, and Flywheel teams, you’ll align internal resources to deliver results. You’ll proactively resolve challenges, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, and new use cases. Internally, you’ll advocate for the customer’s needs, ensuring Cobot’s teams are positioned to support sustained success.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in customer-facing roles such as account management, enterprise success, or consulting
- Direct experience with healthcare systems, hospitals, pharma, or health tech organizations
- Proven ability to manage multifaceted enterprise relationships with competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of earning trust at senior levels
- Skill in influencing outcomes without direct authority in large organizations
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress in fast-moving environments
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with capacity to manage multiple initiatives
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment as part of a lean team
- Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time, unless based in Minneapolis
- Must possess and maintain US work authorization
