What You'll Do
Lead a team of advisors delivering tailored financial guidance to limited and general partners investing in co-investment opportunities across infrastructure, private debt, and private-market assets. Take ownership of client engagement, identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in Canada, the U.S., and international markets.
Drive expansion by uncovering new business lines, geographic reach, and service capabilities. Source, structure, and present co-investment opportunities to limited partners, family offices, and general partners, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Present detailed investment analyses to client committees, supporting informed capital allocation decisions.
Set the strategic vision for the co-investment advisory unit, overseeing execution and long-term planning. Guide due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and commercial dimensions, ensuring rigorous evaluation. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-functional opportunities and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- At least six years of direct experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with institutional investors and sponsors
- Strong leadership background with experience managing professional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts clearly
- Team-oriented mindset with a track record of collaboration in advisory or investment settings

- Existing network of relationships with limited partners, general partners, or family offices
