Redoxengine is hiring a Technical Account Management leader to steer a team of high-performing Technical Account Managers from technical enablement to strategic, commercially-minded partnership. Your mission is to maximize commercial return on the Redox network by ensuring customer adoption directly translates into significant revenue retention and expansion. You will proactively identify and recommend new solutions and processes that lead to increased customer revenue and utilization.
What You'll Do
- Own company-level KPIs, directly responsible for maximizing Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive account management.
- Proactively partner with customers to identify new integration needs and product adoption opportunities that result in the expansion of services and contract value.
- Act as the executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring high-value delivery to secure successful contract renewals and mitigate churn risk.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Senior TAMs, instilling a focus on commercial outcomes, account growth, and proactive value demonstration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical integration challenges into clear, financially-sound strategies for customer executive teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Engineering to manage customer success plans and escalations.
- Monitor industry trends and product enhancements to guide customers toward utilizing new features that translate to operational efficiency and growth.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years managing, coaching, and developing high-performing, customer-facing teams.
- Proven success leading teams focused on renewing, expanding, and growing enterprise accounts (Net Revenue Retention/Expansion experience is critical).
- Strong business sense and experience translating technical value propositions into quantifiable business impact and ROI for customers.
- Demonstrated success in developing customer accounts into long-term strategic franchises, proactively identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
- Deep EHR integration, workflow knowledge, and clinical understanding, used to drive solution adoption and maximize customer utilization.
- Ability to inspire a culture of execution, commercial focus, and accountability while fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills focused on clearly articulating customer value.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a commercial-facing technical leadership role within the healthcare or health-IT industry.

- Compensation: $133,000 - $153,000 per year + Stock Options
