Pandora is looking for a Team Leader, Supplier Quality Control to ensure our manufacturing facility’s suppliers, materials, processes, and final products are robust, delivered on-time, and meet production quality standards. In this role, you will execute and support new OEM/ODM products and raw material purchases while developing and managing supplier and inbound inspection processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the qualification process for new materials, gemstones, and ODM/OEM suppliers to ensure readiness for mass production.
- Monitor progress and provide summary reports for each product launch.
- Deliver technical and quality management system training to suppliers during development.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues identified during development phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop quality standards, criteria, and inspection methods.
- Train suppliers on product specifications and regulatory requirements, providing technical support.
- Act as the coordinator for quality alerts between the company and suppliers during development.
- Execute supplier improvement and development programs.
- Lead inbound improvement projects with suppliers and internal teams.
- Utilize quality performance data to support supplier evaluation and selection.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier quality or administration.
- Experience in jewelry inspection and quality systems.
- Experience in Quality System and Quality Control processes.
- Able to communicate in English.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, LAR, Gage R&R and Process capability study.
- Good teamwork skills and good human relations.
- Good Communication, Presentation & Auditor skills.
