Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Production to lead the team responsible for industrializing new product collections for mass production. In this pivotal role, you will oversee process optimization and collaborate closely with Product Development to ensure manufacturability and a seamless transition from development into high-volume manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Align Pre-Production strategy with business objectives to ensure efficient development, manufacturing readiness, and product quality.
- Lead organizational planning, workforce development, and succession planning to strengthen core operational capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement of DV processes, Product Master, tooling, and routing to support scalable mass production.
- Lead data analysis and promote systematic thinking to ensure teams apply structured problem-solving principles.
- Manage change initiatives and coach teams to adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring compliance and governance.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making to improve productivity and achieve plant KPIs.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations that enhance manufacturing processes.
- Review and validate product standard costs in collaboration with central departments to ensure alignment on costing methodology and achievement of both production and financial KPIs.
