We are looking for a Team Lead, Sales Operations to build and lead a high-performing team focused on our sales tech stack, AI-powered solutions for sales, and sales training and enablement. This role combines people leadership with hands-on ownership to turn strategy into scalable impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the team: coach and grow a team of Sales Operations specialists, define priorities, set clear goals, and ensure reliable, high-quality delivery.
- Own the sales tech stack: lead strategy and roadmap for CRM and related sales tools, drive implementations, improvements, and data quality together with technical teams.
- Drive AI in Sales: identify and prioritize AI use cases across the sales funnel, partner with Data and Product teams to test, roll out, and scale AI solutions.
- Build sales training & enablement: design onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales, create and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and tool documentation.
- Manage performance & stakeholders: define and track key metrics for tools, processes, and training, align with Sales and cross-functional leaders on priorities and communicate progress.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations in a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Proven track record owning or co-owning a sales tech stack (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot, engagement tools, BI tools).
- Experience designing and rolling out sales processes and training/enablement programs.
- Exposure to AI and data products in Sales (e.g. scoring, recommendations, conversational intelligence, GenAI tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and business cases.
- Able to write clear requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; high ownership and bias to action.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a marketplace, travel, or other two-sided business.
- Experience building internal tools with Product and Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms or Learning Management Systems.
- Practical experience deploying or operationalizing GenAI in sales workflows.
