CloudLinux is looking for a Team Lead with Python Experience to lead the CloudAV Team, which is the engine behind the Imunify360 product. You will guide a team working at the intersection of security, big data, and AI, focusing on Python-based data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and LLM integration for automated analysis.
What You'll Do
- Set priorities and maintain a clear, realistic roadmap.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical work.
- Support team members through mentorship, feedback, and career development.
- Improve processes—from sprint planning to code review workflows.
- Communicate outward, managing status updates, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder relationships.
- Take over sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Work with stakeholders to align priorities with team capacity.
- Create sustainable processes for planning, review, and communication.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Python programming experience.
- Ability to write efficient code, with a solid understanding of concurrency (asyncio) and multiprocessing.
- Proficiency with the GNU/Linux operating system and shell scripting.
- Experience with Git-based development processes and vibe coding.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD systems.
- At least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Airflow.
- Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with S3 and Ceph.
