Toast is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) to manage the full recruitment process for technical roles. You'll focus on building candidate pools, ensuring a great candidate experience, and adapting to hiring needs while partnering closely with senior technical leaders.
What You'll Do
- Partner strategically with senior leaders across Technical teams to build talent pipelines that fit functional needs, mission, and culture.
- Manage and maintain deep working relationships with stakeholders, providing regular, transparent, and data-driven updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and challenges.
- Build sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines with consideration to both quality and diversity.
- Source, interview, present and close a diverse slate of candidates for Technical roles across North America.
- Collaborate on creating and implementing recruiting strategies that will impact the long-range growth of the company.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable success in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates in a competitive market.
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including setting expectations, influencing decisions, and facilitating consensus among senior leaders.
- Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous, growing company environment.
- Strong communication skills in all directions (internally, externally, cross functionally).
- Committed to creating and facilitating a great candidate experience.
- Ability to work core EST working hours.
