Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Team Lead, Sales for our HEYDUDE brand. In this key role, you will be central to creating memorable experiences for our consumers while taking on essential store operations. You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure the store is business-ready every day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
- Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
- Assist in all store departments, including POS management, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
- Lead on the sales floor by working with Store Management to exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring follow-up.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
- Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies for asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
- Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to move merchandise with equipment and arrange items on shelves and racks.
- Ability to climb ladders with merchandise and lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
- Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per shift and continuously move around the store.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods.
- Ability to read instructions and reports and input information into a computer or register.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for prior store leadership roles.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position.
