What You'll Do
Guide and mentor General Managers and sales leaders to elevate performance and engagement across multiple locations. You'll shape a consistent, results-driven culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring execution, and reinforcing accountability through regular follow-up and on-site presence.
Champion the 'Win the Day' philosophy by defining daily priorities and fostering urgency and focus in every store. Deliver hands-on in-store coaching—observing, modeling, and refining leadership and selling behaviors—while maintaining momentum through remote check-ins, video sessions, and scheduled calls.
Use performance data to identify trends and opportunities, tracking key metrics like revenue, average ticket, close rate, and margin. Collaborate with store leaders to build and implement action plans that close gaps and improve outcomes. Ensure all team members deliver a consistently strong guest experience through customer-first behaviors.
Act as a clear conduit between strategy and execution, translating company goals into practical actions for frontline teams. Promote a leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future sales leaders across the market.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5+ years of retail sales leadership experience, preferably in high-volume or furniture retail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Willingness to travel frequently—up to 75% of time
- Experience working in a hybrid environment with both retail floor and remote responsibilities
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings, including on-call duties

This role operates in a hybrid format, balancing in-store visits with remote coaching. Frequent travel is required across Enterprise, Dothan, Opelika, Columbus, Macon, Warner Robins, and Albany to support consistent leadership development and operational excellence.
