Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to guide retail partners on product placement, promotions, and inventory planning
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Merchandisers—overseeing recruitment, scheduling, performance feedback, and professional development
- Design and implement in-store marketing strategies, including seasonal displays and point-of-purchase materials, to enhance brand visibility
- Ensure proper product presentation across retail locations by conducting audits and providing real-time coaching
- Manage regional budget allocations, controlling expenses while maximizing field impact
- Deliver product training to both internal teams and retail staff to improve customer engagement and sales conversion

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $63,800 – $75,100 per year, with eligibility for incentive bonuses. Additional compensation includes vehicle reimbursement and a 15% discount on company stock.
