What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to students in China
- Maintain a consistent and stable teaching schedule throughout the contract
- Build strong relationships with assigned students to understand their strengths, weaknesses, learning styles, and interests
- Provide a warm, caring, and judgment-free learning environment
- Support students' educational progress, development, and mastery of English
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated associate for feedback, questions, and student-related discussions
What We're Looking For
- Native or near native pronunciation
- Great communication skills
- Commitment to responsibility
- High-speed internet connection
- Access to a HD camera and mic
- Bachelors degree
- TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent
- Fixed schedule for a minimum of 6 months
Nice to Have
