This part-time remote internship is designed for current undergraduate or graduate students pursuing studies in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields. You'll contribute directly to live transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and strategic advisory, gaining practical exposure to core aspects of investment banking.
Responsibilities
- Develop pitch books, information memoranda, buyer outreach lists, and data room content for active and prospective deals.
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, and competitors to support transaction execution and business development.
- Build and maintain financial models using precedent transactions, public company comparables, and discounted cash flow (DCF) methodologies.
- Support outreach to private equity groups and strategic buyers during deal processes.
- Help manage internal tracking systems for deal pipelines and client engagement reporting.
Qualifications
We're looking for students with strong academic records and a genuine interest in corporate finance, M&A, or private markets. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Clear, professional communication abilities in written and verbal formats.
