Role Responsibilities As Tax Director, you'll comprehensively manage our global tax operations, ensuring compliance, strategic optimization, and executive-level advisory. You'll navigate complex tax landscapes, develop scalable operational frameworks, and support organizational growth through innovative tax strategies. This position demands cross-functional collaboration, creative problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Work Environment Based in San Francisco, New York, or Salt Lake City, this role embraces a hybrid work model. Currently, we require two in-office days weekly (Wednesday/Thursday), transitioning to three days in 2026 (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday). Employees enjoy up to four weeks of remote work annually. Potential equity and supplementary compensation may be offered.
