Your Role The Chief of Staff will function as a pivotal catalyst for the CEO, driving organizational priorities, enhancing executive cohesion, and accelerating business progression. This position demands a strategic intellect and exceptional communication skills to generate clarity, elevate decision-making, and maintain momentum across critical initiatives. The ideal candidate is a high-performance professional who adapts quickly, thrives amid complexity, and can serve as a trusted organizational partner. What You'll Do - Provide comprehensive strategic support to the CEO through rigorous research, insight synthesis, and producing actionable briefing materials while helping shape priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and critically examine strategies. - Prepare the CEO meticulously for every interaction, anticipating potential questions, risks, stakeholder dynamics, and strategic opportunities to ensure seamless execution in high-stakes environments. - Manage executive communication and relationship development, serving as a primary contact for investors, partners, and advisors while overseeing board documentation, investor communications, and strategic memorandums. - Coordinate the CEO's operational rhythm, including developing pre-meeting materials, agendas, follow-up protocols, decision frameworks, and communication workflows to maximize meeting effectiveness and alignment. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational readiness and responsiveness to the CEO's external priorities, eliminating obstacles and translating external opportunities into actionable initiatives. - Represent the CEO with utmost discretion and professionalism, handling confidential information and sensitive communications with absolute integrity. You Might Be a Fit If You Have - Minimum 5 years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, business analysis, or comparable demanding roles within startup or high-growth environments; prior leadership support experience strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree advantageous but not mandatory. - Exceptional communication, research, and organizational capabilities; detail-oriented, rapid learner, resourceful problem-solver. - Experience managing complex cross-functional workstreams and influencing without formal authority in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments. - Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, manage shifting priorities, and consistently deliver excellent work under compressed timelines. - Advanced data and technology proficiency; capable of constructing models, interpreting dashboards, and rapidly mastering new tools to generate metric-driven recommendations. - Executive presence and discernment, able to authentically represent the CEO in meetings, written communications, and external interactions.
