Delivery Facilitator Remote - LATAM The role is remote. We are seeking candidates located in LATAM. Project Overview We are searching for a Delivery Facilitator to guide software teams in implementing contemporary agile methodologies tailored for AI-driven development workflows. Diverging from traditional Scrum Master roles, this position prioritizes outcomes over rituals, workflow over structures, and mentorship over rigid compliance. The Delivery Facilitator will support Enumerate's project-based engagements with clear objectives and measurable performance indicators. • Delivery Optimization: Mentor teams to produce functional software through iterative, value-driven increments, maximizing GenAI-accelerated development cycles. • Agile Evolution: Guide teams in adopting streamlined, dynamic practices, customizing approaches for GenAI-powered product development. • Experimental Culture: Promote rapid prototyping, hypothesis validation, and continuous learning to effectively leverage GenAI capabilities. • Performance Tracking: Establish, monitor, and communicate delivery performance metrics (throughput, predictability, cycle time) to stakeholders. • Collaborative Coaching: Serve as a strategic advisor to Product Owners, Engineers, and Designers to ensure alignment, prioritization, and value generation. • AI-Integrated Practices: Implement best practices for integrating AI capabilities (e.g., prompt engineering, model iteration) into workflow processes. Project Deliverables • Development playbooks and frameworks customized for Enumerate's AI-driven software initiatives. • Continuous coaching sessions with delivery teams and leadership. • Project retrospectives and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement. • Documented metrics and delivery dashboards for strategic visibility and decision-making. Required Qualifications • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager, preferably in technology-forward organizations. • Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies, lean practices, and contemporary delivery frameworks. • Proficiency with GenAI tools and workflows in software development. • Superior facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Experience managing distributed/remote team environments. Preferred Qualifications • Background in software development, product management, or AI/ML project domains. • Experience introducing innovative delivery practices in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. • Capability to translate delivery metrics into strategic, actionable insights. Total monthly compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 USD
