Lead Salesforce initiatives in the healthcare and life sciences sector as a Project Manager, overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements. You’ll act as the central point between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project execution from initiation through deployment, managing scope, budget, and quality across concurrent assignments
- Track progress, identify risks, and support both development and business teams to maintain momentum
- Set clear expectations with clients and internal partners, adapting communication to different audiences
- Oversee release planning and cutover activities to ensure smooth transitions
- Deliver regular project updates and maintain accurate documentation
- Obtain Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certification within the first 60 days of employment
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 3–5 years of project or IT project management experience. Prior exposure to Salesforce—either as an end user or through managing implementations—is essential. You must be skilled at translating user needs into actionable project plans and capable of forecasting timelines and resource needs based on team capacity.
Strong analytical thinking, organizational discipline, and communication abilities are required. You should be comfortable leading client demos, accepting feedback, and adjusting strategies based on data and evolving priorities. Resilience in high-pressure situations and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
Up to 25% travel may be required. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus, as is adaptability in fast-changing environments.
Work Environment
This hybrid position supports remote work or office-based collaboration in Milwaukee. The role includes flexible scheduling with occasional travel to client sites.
