What You'll Do
Lead 5 to 10 residential renovation projects each month across the greater Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Virginia Beach areas. You’ll coordinate every phase of construction, from contractor selection to final walkthroughs, ensuring each project finishes on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include managing trade agreements, responding to inspection results, and maintaining accurate visual records through detailed property photography. You’ll also be responsible for delivering materials and equipment to job sites when necessary, ensuring crews have what they need to succeed.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience managing projects in home building, renovation, or insurance restoration
- Proven ability to oversee multiple construction timelines and deliver results
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office for planning, reporting, and communication
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Must currently reside in Virginia due to the onsite nature of the role
