This role leads the delivery of IT projects and transformation consulting services for external clients. You will drive business process evaluation, support organizational change, and oversee technology-led initiatives across the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
- Advise clients on business transformation strategies and process improvements
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Guide project execution from initial requirements gathering through stakeholder engagement, goal setting, progress tracking, and performance reporting
- Assist in establishing Project Management Offices (PMOs) to strengthen client project governance
- Support large-scale digital and technology transformation programs
Required Expertise
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proven experience applying Scrum and agile development principles in technical environments
