Experience with building energy technologies like HVAC systems, water heating, electric vehicles, demand response, and distributed generation is highly preferred. Knowledge of building energy codes and public policy backgrounds are additional advantages. As a team member, you'll influence energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reduction efforts, working alongside major utilities, government entities, and national energy efficiency leaders. Responsibilities include: - Directing project deliverables with comprehensive quality control - Managing project budgets, timelines, and tasks autonomously - Facilitating multiple project progressions - Proactively communicating project status to management and clients - Engaging with external collaborators - Conducting market research and data analysis - Tracking industry trends - Organizing virtual meetings - Performing stakeholder outreach - Managing subcontractors - Executing literature searches Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in energy/policy-related disciplines (environmental science, engineering, public policy, economics) - Minimum two years work-related experience - Alternatively, four years relevant experience without a degree - Technical background in energy technologies - Experience with energy codes and standards - Proficiency in quantitative analysis - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Familiarity with task management software - Strong technical writing and communication abilities - Exceptional organizational skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Independent work capabilities - Occasional business travel readiness - Collaborative team spirit Compensation Range: $69,000–$79,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including retirement package, medical/dental/vision insurance, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
