About the Role

The role is responsible for building and managing key technology partnerships that enhance the platform’s ecosystem and deliver measurable value to customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise software, integration strategies, and partner lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies with technology vendors
  • Identify and onboard high-impact technology partners aligned with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships from onboarding to performance optimization
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration delivery
  • Define success metrics and track partner performance against business outcomes
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
  • Serve as primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market campaigns
  • Analyze market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities
  • Ensure partner solutions meet security, compliance, and technical standards
  • Facilitate technical onboarding and integration support for partners
  • Maintain documentation and internal knowledge about partner ecosystems
  • Report regularly on partnership KPIs to executive leadership
  • Support sales teams with partner-related enablement materials
  • Advocate for partner needs within the organization
  • Coordinate legal and compliance reviews for new integrations
  • Manage partner tiering and recognition programs
  • Evaluate technical roadmaps for alignment with platform strategy
  • Resolve escalation issues between partners and internal teams
  • Contribute to long-term vision for the technology partnership program

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in enterprise collaboration or intranet platforms
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or Zapier
  • Existing relationships with major technology vendors
  • Background in developer relations or platform ecosystems
