The Opportunity As Senior Manager of Technology Partnerships, you'll drive Simpplr's growth strategy by increasing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Your primary focus will involve pursuing, onboarding, and expanding key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within HR and employee experience domains. You'll cultivate deep relationships with partners, engaging sales leaders and stakeholders to generate co-marketing and co-selling opportunities. The role demands strategic alignment with Product Management to prioritize integrations and collaborate with Marketing to develop joint promotional programs. Your Job Responsibilities - Exceed sales and revenue targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals - Collaborate with Product Management and Solutions Consulting teams to identify partnership opportunities - Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships at executive and field levels - Develop comprehensive joint business plans with each partner - Create and deliver partner enablement programs - Generate leads and increase brand awareness through cross-functional collaboration - Support Account Executives in partner engagement strategies - Monitor and report key partnership metrics to executive leadership Your Skillset - 10-15 years of technology partnership development experience - Required experience in AI-related ISV partnerships - Proven track record of achieving revenue goals through strategic partnerships - Demonstrated ability to grow partnerships from inception to $1M+ revenue - Expertise in partner enablement program development - Experience with reseller and OEM partnership models - Self-motivated, adaptable professional willing to travel up to 30% - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong collaborative and feedback capabilities - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for dynamic work environments Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, with additional variable compensation, bonus, and equity opportunities.
