As a Channel Account Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive mutual growth. Your primary focus will be cultivating long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and aligned with business objectives to maximize performance.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for key channel partners, guiding them through the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to fulfillment.
- Create and implement joint business plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
- Deliver training and enablement programs that enhance partner capabilities and product knowledge.
- Identify areas of underperformance or coverage gaps and develop actionable strategies to address them.
- Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless support for channel initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and manage pricing and margin strategies to optimize profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development, ideally within cybersecurity, tech, or telecommunications.
- Proven track record in designing and executing channel strategies that increase partner-driven revenue.
- Solid understanding of channel sales models, revenue forecasting, and gross margin management.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance pricing, margins, and market competitiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Channel Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development are a plus.
