We're seeking an ambitious Enterprise Regional Sales Manager who can articulate our value proposition and execute proven sales strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a customer-first mentality. We want an Account Executive who creates customer-centric solutions and builds enduring client relationships.
This is a remote position based in NYC, requiring candidates to be local to the territory.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop strategic business plans exceeding sales objectives
- Manage complete sales ecosystem from lead generation to closure
- Educate customers about Cribl's unique value proposition
- Communicate effectively across organizational levels
- Deliver predictable forecasting and consistent sales targets
- Potentially perform duties outside standard working hours due to multi-timezone operations
Qualifications We're Seeking:
- 4+ years enterprise security sales experience targeting Security and IT leadership
- Experience with early-stage startup environments
- Track record of landing 5+ new client logos annually
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes
- Channel sales experience
- Capability to generate territory demand
- Familiarity with MEDDIC methodology
Salary: $140k-$150k
