Amsterdam, Netherlands Hybrid Contract

Ask Aletta is hiring a Partnership Manager

About the Role

As a Partnership Manager, you’ll play a central role in transforming how clinicians access critical information by integrating our platform directly into the tools they use every day. Your work will bridge technology and commercial strategy, ensuring seamless connections with hospital information systems, electronic patient dossier platforms, and clinical support software.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with healthcare IT vendors to enable deep, functional integrations
  • Identify high-impact integration opportunities that drive user adoption and long-term retention
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and possibilities, ensuring proposed partnerships are viable and sustainable
  • Lead end-to-end partnership cycles—from initial outreach to contract finalization and ongoing engagement
  • Communicate integration capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including hospital IT departments and practice leaders
  • Inform our integration roadmap as we approach MDR certification, aligning technical progress with regulatory and market demands
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional forums to uncover new collaboration opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in establishing technology partnerships, particularly around product integrations that go beyond paper agreements
  • Familiarity with the Dutch healthcare IT environment—including knowledge of HIS systems and major vendors
  • Ability to navigate both business and technical discussions, from executive negotiations to API-level planning
  • Independent and proactive—comfortable defining your own path in a fast-moving environment
  • Daily use of AI tools to enhance productivity; manual workflows aren’t part of your routine
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar hybrid roles
  • Hands-on experience working with healthcare IT platforms
  • Experience operating in regulated sectors, with an understanding of compliance as an enabler rather than an obstacle
  • Existing connections within the Dutch healthcare technology community

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with equity participation
  • Minimum 25 days of annual leave, with encouragement to take additional time when needed
  • Real ownership over strategy—you’ll define how integrations evolve, not just execute a plan
  • Direct collaboration with company founders who value input and initiative
  • Meaningful impact: your work will help thousands of doctors across Europe access vital information instantly
  • Hybrid work model—remote-first, with about three days per week at our Amsterdam office (WG-plein 316)
  • Flexible, outcome-driven culture where results matter more than hours logged
  • Full access to AI and productivity tools that maximize efficiency

About company
Ask Aletta
Ask Aletta is an AI-powered search engine that helps healthcare professionals find reliable medical information in seconds. We started from a problem our co-founder Tijs (pediatrician) experienced firsthand: doctors needed quick access to guidelines, protocols, and clinical resources, but this information was scattered across dozens of sources. Finding the right answer often meant searching through multiple websites, PDFs, and reference materials - or simply not finding it at all. We used the AI revolution to solve this - building a unified search and discovery platform specifically trained on medical guidelines and clinical resources. Instead of juggling multiple sources or settling for incomplete information, doctors get precise answers to the practical questions they face in their daily work.
