About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality & Support, you'll manage the daily operations of our Customer Experience and Integrity (CXI) QA team. Your responsibilities include designing and executing a scalable QA strategy that addresses diverse cross-functional requirements. You'll investigate complex quality challenges, analyze workflow adherence, and develop your team into a customer experience powerhouse. This hands-on leadership role demands direct collaboration, talent development, and real-time problem resolution. The position requires in-person presence at our Tempe corporate office for coaching, cross-functional interactions, and immediate issue resolution. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Tempe, Arizona office. In-office days will vary based on business needs—consult your recruiter for current scheduling. Periodic domestic and international travel to DoorDash offices and partner sites is expected.
