Solenis is seeking a TASKI Business Development Manager Floorcare to lead national growth initiatives across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the TASKI brand's footprint, opening new markets, and ensuring customers experience the full value of its innovative floorcare solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute national growth strategies for high-potential accounts.
- Identify and win new business within existing and adjacent markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate TASKI solutions aligned to customer needs and sustainability goals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and manage sales activities via Salesforce.
- Lead strategic account reviews and collaborate across Customer Leadership Teams (CLTs).
- Ensure excellence in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
- Represent TASKI at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in facility management, cleaning solutions, or related services.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales.
- A proven background in revenue growth and achievement of annual targets.
- Experience developing new business pipelines and converting sales.
