The Talent Scout at Skalable Technologies is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates before they are actively job-seeking. This role focuses on building long-term pipelines, selling Skalable’s mission, and using AI to personalize outreach at scale—transforming hiring into a strategic advantage rather than a reactive process.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates beyond traditional job boards
- Reach out to passive candidates and spark genuine interest
- Screen for judgment, ownership, and learning ability
- Sell Skalable’s mission to thoughtful, skeptical candidates
- Build relationships long before roles formally open
- Use AI to research candidates and personalize outreach at scale
